When you enter your Name, Date of Birth, Time of Birth, and Place of Birth to generate Kundlis, Matchmaking charts, or Panchang reports, this data is processed strictly for calculation purposes. We do not store your highly sensitive astrological data on our servers, nor do we sell this data to third-party data brokers. The data is processed temporarily by our Swiss Ephemeris engine to generate your report.

ShubhAstra uses standard web browser features like LocalStorage and minimal cookies to enhance your experience.
- Session Storage: We may save your recent inputs locally on your own device (Browser Cache) so you do not have to repeatedly enter your birth details every time you visit a new tool on our site.

We use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how many visitors use our site and which tools (e.g., Transit, Dasha) are the most popular. This data is aggregated and completely anonymized. It cannot be traced back to individual users.

- Strict No-Refund Policy: Because our premium reports are digital goods that are generated and emailed instantly upon purchase, we enforce a strict no-refund policy.
- Exceptions: A refund is only possible if a payment was deducted but you did not receive the PDF report or an error/waiting email. We strictly track and verify all purchases by cross-referencing our Razorpay order dashboard with our internal email delivery alerts.
- Missing Emails: If you purchased a report and cannot find it in your inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder. If it is still missing, contact our support team.
